We prepare seasonal menus with 10 different meals per week. Our menus change weekly.
Our Winter menu will be in rotation from December to February. Each meal has been designed to include seasonal, naturally detoxifying, comforting ingredients such as delicata squash, greens, brussels sprouts, and cauliflower. To help you feel grounded and peaceful during this less physically active time of year.
