How it Works


We've offered our Gut Health Program (GHP) monthly since June 2018. This 14-day program is based on the work of cutting-edge doctors like Dr. Frank Lipman, Drs. Justin and Erica Sonnenburg, cardiac surgeon Dr. Steven Gundry, and neurologist Dr. David Perlmutter to help our clients reboot their microbiomes and feel their best.

It does this in three ways:

  1. We send you daily video education teaching you how to reset your microbiome and keep it healthy in a way that works for your body

  2. We deliver ready-to-eat food so you don’t have to worry about whether you’re “doing it right” during the program and you know how to eat once the program ends

  3. We add you to a private Slack group to answer any questions you have throughout the program and to keep you motivated

The Results

While the program itself is only 14 days long, it's designed to teach you how to eat to optimize your gut health for the long haul so you can continue to maintain or improve your health long after you finish GHP.

A few more details about the program


$380 per week, which includes:

Daily educational videos and emails

6 days of food per week (2 meals + 1 cacao drink per day + bone broth for in between meals)

Two deliveries of food per week

Group support on Slack moderated by our wellness coaches

There are also optional add-ons for clients who might need additional calories (i.e athletes who have intense training schedules or clients with extremely fast metabolisms).


No dairy, refined sugar, grains, legumes, fruit, resistant starches, or alcohol

Breakfast: drink only coffee, tea, cacao, or water without any carbs or protein (optional: blend in 1-2 tablespoons of approved fat)

Every lunch and dinner will contain vegetables and animal protein

Drink at least 8 cups of water a day

Drink only plain coffee, tea, cacao, and water outside of Methodology

Take a probiotic, fish oil, and vitamin D daily


The program is currently not available to vegans, vegetarians, or pescatarians.

We don't recommend the program for anyone who is pregnant or nursing.

If you can’t eat red meat, we can accommodate you but you’ll have to repeat the proteins you can eat more often throughout the week.


14-day program

1 - You’ll supplement your program with healthy fats (pick what you like)

  • MCT oil

  • Olive oil (ideally organic and unfiltered)

  • Walnut oil

  • Avocado oil (highly recommended for heating Methodology)

  • Pastured ghee (highly recommended for heating Methodology)

2 - You’ll purchase all of these supplements

  • Fish oil (if you'd like, you can add fish oil to your order when you purchase the program and we'll add it to your first delivery, or use your own)

  • Probiotic

  • Vitamin D

3 - Food will be assigned to you and you can’t edit your food assignments. You will not pause or skip any of your Methodology deliveries during the program.

4 - You will take weekly progress photos every Friday morning (you don’t have to share them with us, they’re for you)

5 - You will join a private Slack channel and respond to a daily Slack question

6 - You must read and agree to this waiver and upon signing up you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the waiver

7 - You agree that the program is non-refundable

8 - There's no commitment to subscribe to Methodology once you're done with the program.

9 - You should not be traveling during this 2-week window.

Each group will be limited to 50 people, so the sooner you sign up, the sooner you'll secure a spot.

If 14 days feels too long, our 4-day Gut Health Reset provides the same food and schedule you'd get in GHP without the additional education and support you'd get during GHP. We offer this program every Monday.
