PART TIME JUNIOR A.M. DISPATCH

We’re looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while remaining calm and clear-headed under pressure. As a Jr AM Dispatch, you’ll play a key role in triaging between our Customer Happiness Team, Operations and Logistics/ Delivery. Your core responsibilities include, but are not limited to, identifying drivers’ needs, coordinating drivers’ activities, and maintaining accurate data for reporting. You will also strategize and implement changes around how to fine tune the customer experience on delivery days.

This role is a remote position- open to California, Oregon, Washington State or Massachusetts residents. 

THE SCHEDULE

  • Part time (paid hourly)

  • Sunday and Wednesday from 4PM to 8PM PST

  • Monday and Thursday from 5:30AM to 2:30PM PST

  • $16/hr

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Required: 1 year minimum of dispatch and logistics experience. Prefer candidates with food delivery dispatch experience or expediting. 

  • Passion for nutrition, fitness, and leads an active, healthy lifestyle

  • Has excellent oral and written communication, and communicates with composure even under pressure

  • Has a career history that reflects loyalty and trustworthiness

  • Can prioritize simultaneous tasks and is a master of time management

  • Technically proficient in Mac & PC, Microsoft Suite, G-Suite, with particular emphasis on excel and google sheets

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Embraces challenges and identify solutions, not just problems

 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Your core responsibility will be triaging between our customer service queue, investigating driver issues, and responding to customers' inquiries over email and, occasionally, telephone. This often involves troubleshooting issues or assisting customers when things go wrong to ensure customer loyalty by listening to their needs and providing prompt resolutions.

  • Anticipate, identify, and resolve problems that delay order delivery

  • Assist our Customer Service Manager and Sourcing Manager analyzes and collect key customer feedback metrics to the company

  • Collect and disperse information regarding ops, logistics, and deliveries between various departments in a timely manner

  • Reports directly to Customer Service Manager
