Warrior Women Diet for Current Subscribers

If you’re currently a subscriber who would like to receive food that works for the Warrior Women diet, here’s how you can change your subscription settings:

Foods to Avoid

You can add the following foods to avoid to your account under Taste Preferences to help us assign you food that follows the Warrior Women diet:

  • Chicken Thigh

  • Soy

  • Gluten-free grains

Subscription Settings - Starting Point

Here’s how we recommend you change your subscription settings when you first start the Warrior Women program. Once you’ve been eating this for a week or two, you should adjust your settings based on how hungry or full you’re getting. You can change your subscription settings* in your account under Food Assignments.

  • 1 Mix ‘n Match - Protein jar for each day you'd like food. Each jar will provide 2 servings (i.e. lunch and dinner for a single day).

  • 1 Mix ‘n Match - Vegetable jar for each day you’d like food. Each jar will provide 2 servings (i.e. lunch and dinner for a single day).

  • 1-3 Raw Vegetables - Greens jars per week for some additional greens

  • If you have a very active exercise routine, you might get hungry with just protein and vegetable jars. You can also subscribe to 2-3 Mix ‘n Match - Starch jars a week which will add sweet potatoes to your diet.

*Note: changes to subscription settings apply to the next menu that will be published after the change. If you’d like to make changes to menus that are already published, you’ll have to make those changes manually.
