4 Week Warrior Women Meal Program

We’ve partnered with Erica Stenz, creator of Warrior Women, to make it easier for you to eat a diet that will help you become your strongest self as you work through your 28-day plan.

This meal plan is designed by Erica and packed with clean protein and nutrient-dense vegetables to help fuel your workouts and active lifestyle. As recommended in the “Warrior Women” book, your lunches and dinners will be composed of lean proteins and non-starchy vegetables made with only limited amounts of healthy sources of fat.

For the 4 weeks of your program, we automatically send you jars of pre-cooked food that fit her guidelines and your food preferences. We do all the meal prep for you so all you have to do is reheat and eat.

We deliver in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout most of Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to you please email help@gomethodology.com.
