methodology is great - but i did it for a couple months in late 2015 and just started up again a week ago and the emails I get make it like you guys don't know that. I would suggest you try and tailor your emails to people a bit more based on their situation.

More variety on the food.  Lots of chicken and hot spices.  Though the veggies can sometime taste overcooked (before I put then on the stovetop, overall food is pretty good.

Provide tasty meals that meet all of my requirements (GF, dairy free) and are healthy and easy to assemble/get on the table. Win/win/win!! Thank you.

Clean, healthy eating that is convenient. I've tried other food delivery services before. This difference with Methodology is the food is legitimately good. I look forward to the meals! The customer service has also been outstanding. Everyone is very communicative and helpful. I love it! 

It's awesome, truly. Never thought food in a microwaveable container could taste good, not to mention vibrant and spicy and tingling with life. The herbs are fresh and the sauces are piquant. I work some crazy long hours so I really appreciate the convenience with no tradeoff in quality. :) never going back to ordinary delivery!! 

Methodology delivers amazing, fresh, flavorful food that is portioned out to prevent over-eating. I feel great when I eat it and did I mention that it is very, very, tasty!

I love the food (totally unique and delicious), I just hope that over time the cost per meal can drop slightly, especially breakfasts. 

I don't know what I'd do without Methodology in my life! I do love cooking + meal prepping, but Methodology makes it so much easier to fully stay on track with healthy foods that make me feel great. It's really easy to customize your meals online, and their customer support is always top notch.
