Dominique Crenn's team designed a Vegan Crenn Kit exclusively for the Methodology community. It's a 3-course meal using produce grown on her biodynamic farm in Sonoma.
Courses for the weeks of April 26th and May 3rd include: mushroom dashi broth, vegetable parmentier, and orange blossom riz au lait.
