Black Lives Matter

We see you, we support you, and we stand with you

As a company with a diverse team and that serves a diverse customer base, we’ve been taking the past few days to absorb, reflect, and begin to educate ourselves not only about the inequity and injustice toward black people that has happened during the past few weeks and years, but on the centuries of oppression and racist policy-making that black people have endured.


For us, our journey toward being more impactful in this area has begun with self-education. We aim to cultivate a greater understanding of the nuances of racism so that we can develop more heightened awareness of our race-related beliefs, actions, behaviors, and policies — both conscious and unconscious, both personal and as a business. Because without awareness of what we are actually thinking and doing every day, we cannot change for the better and for good.

We’ll share summaries of some of the resources we’re learning from over the coming days. We realize that this is going to be an ongoing effort that will require constant learning and reflection about what we, as a team, can do to advance and amplify anti-racist voices and policies.


In the meantime, so that our stance is clear, we're in support of those protesting and demonstrating at the front lines, and we believe, unequivocally, that #BlackLivesMatter. We see you, we support you, and we stand with you.
