Q: How much does it cost?

A: We're no ordinary meal delivery service. We offer clean, ultra-nourishing, personalized meals for people who love food and want to achieve optimal wellness. Meals start at $16.99 each for lunch / dinner and $11.99 for breakfast.

 

Q: Is it calorie-controlled?

A: We offer four different meal sizes for lunch and dinner.

Small meals - start at $16.99 each

  • Up to 500 calories

  • 1/2 - 3 cups vegetables / fruit

  • 3 - 4 ounces protein

  • sauce with healthy fat

  • gluten-free grains and starches (optional)

Medium meal - start at $17.99 each

  • Up to 600 calories

  • 1/2 - 3 cups vegetables / fruit

  • 4 - 5 ounces protein

  • sauce with healthy fat

  • gluten-free grains and starches (optional)

Large meal - start at $18.99 each

  • Up to 700 calories

  • 3/4 - 3 cups vegetables / fruit

  • 5 - 6 ounces protein

  • sauce with healthy fat

  • gluten-free grains and starches (optional)

 

Breakfasts jars usually come only in size Small and start at $11.99.

 

Q: What cities do you deliver to?

A: Right now we deliver to:

  • The San Francisco Bay Area (North Bay, San Francisco, East Bay, Peninsula)

  • Southern California (Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties)

  • Seattle, WA (Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland)

  • Portland, OR

Q: Can you accommodate food allergies?

A: We can accommodate many food allergies. 

All our meals are prepared refined sugar-free, gluten-free and processed ingredient-free. Grass-fed ghee is the only forms of dairy we currently use.

Q: Can you accommodate diets like Keto, Paleo, Mediterranean, Pescatarian, or Vegan?

A: Yes! Our Mix ‘n Match jars allow you to assemble meals that fit the diet or meal plan you might be following.

We’ll ask whether you follow any common diets when you sign up. If you don’t see the diet you follow on that page, you’ll have the opportunity to tell us which foods you avoid so we can assign food that works for you.

For vegan and vegetarian diets, you’ll find your proteins in the Mix ‘n Match - Vegetable or Mix ‘n Match - Starch sections of our menu. Our Mix ‘n Match protein is only meat and seafood.

 

Q: Why do you offer subscriptions?

A: Because this is the best way for busy people to eat clean consistently enough to feel their absolute best every day. You can pause or cancel with one week's notice. We promise we're not trying to scam you for your money. We just want you to experience life-changing results that come with eating ultra-nourishing food consistently.

 

Q: How do I get my meals?

A: Your meals are delivered every Monday and/or Thursday in an insulated box at the location of your choice. No coordination is necessary.

For most regions, we deliver overnight. However, a few regions in the Bay Area also have daytime delivery options. If they're available for your region, you'll be given the chance to choose between overnight and daytime deliveries when you sign up. 

 

 

Q: How do I dispose of the box and other materials?

A: Our boxes and clean containers are recyclable and we'll pick up your box and empties.  

In order to do this, we need you to help us out:

  • Return your glass jars. They need to be thoroughly rinsed, with no food or oil residue leftover, and secured with the lid. Drivers won’t collect boxes with jars that still have food or oil in them. 

  • Return your ice packs. We’re working on a solution to be able to reuse those. 

  • Return your insulated liners as we’re able to reuse those.

  • Don’t return plastic meal containers as we aren’t able to reuse those. Please recycle them. Note: we’re working on a reusable solution, stay tuned!

  • We can only pick up one box per house. If you have more than one box, you can set them out and the driver will do their best to collect them all, but it’s dependent on how much room they have in their car. If your boxes are attached with tape, please cut the tape. This will allow the driver to collect the boxes they can fit in their car, and will make it easier if they can collect only one box. 

Lastly, please note that there’s a small chance that if you’re one of the last deliveries of the a driver’s route, the driver might not be able to collect a box from you if his or her car is already full.

 

Q: Are meals fully cooked?

A: Yes, all our meals are ready to eat and can be reheated in a microwave or on a stovetop in less than 5 minutes.

For most meals (salads are the exception), we recommend reheating your meal on the stovetop for best results. 

 

Q: How is the food packaged?

A: Our meals are packaged in leakproof, microwave-safe containers while our Mix 'n Match items are packaged in glass jars. 

 

Q: What if I travel?

A: We've got you covered. You can pause your subscription anytime; we just ask that you give us 1 week of notice prior to your next delivery. If you need to pause your subscription or notify us about upcoming travel plans, simply log into your Methodology account and set your pause start and end dates. You won't receive any deliveries on or within those dates. If you give us notice less than 1 week prior to your next delivery, you'll be charged for that delivery. 

 

Q: How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

 
 

A: You can cancel your subscription anytime; we just ask that you give us 1 week of notice prior to your next delivery. To pause your subscription, log into your Methodology account and set your pause start and end dates. You won't receive any deliveries on or within those dates. To cancel your subscription, email us at help@gomethodology.com. If you give us notice less than 1 week prior to your next delivery, you will be charged for that delivery. 

 

Q: What kind of ingredients do you use?

A: The highest-quality ingredients we're able to procure each week.

None of our meals include any:

  • Refined sugar

  • Artificial ingredients

  • Canola oil

  • Vegetable oil

  • Processed ingredients

  • Gluten

  • Lactose, casein or whey
